RETURNS
We stand by our Kombucha and believe it is some of the best in the market, however, if you are in any way not happy with your purchase and the product is generally untouched and still within the best before date please get in touch with us to arrange a refund or replacement.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the flavour and batch number.
Often, we would like the product back for further analysis. Please have your bottle or purchase available for pick up by pre-arranged courier, if applicable.
Your refunds (if applicable) is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a direct credit will be made to your nominated bank account within 7 working days. Sale items will be refunded at the sale price. Please keep proof of purchase to expedite your request.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We will replace your product for any reason at all. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@kombuchabros.co.nz and we will arrange for pickup of your product and dispatch a replacement ASAP.

GIFTS
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was a gift and the order shipped to a third party to give to you later, please either obtain a proof of purchase from them and follow steps above, or alternatively return it to the purchaser. Have the purchaser query the return.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should email us at sales@kombuchabros.co.nz and we will arrange for a courier to pick up the product.

Please note free shipping NZ wide with a purchase of $50 or more. This excludes rural delivery addresses and any other NZ territories or outlying islands. We do not ship over seas, please contact us at sales@kombuchabros.co.nz and we can point you to the nearest stockist.
